The Bangkok Project
October 2 – 13 in Elora, on the bridge
The Bangkok Project will occur over the duration of Sensational Elora. This project is an exciting collaboration between Julie Rene de Cotret a local artist and Jung-Chul Hur an established video artist working out of Bangkok.. The Bangkok Project features a recording of the day skies of Bangkok, which will be projected onto the Grand River from the bridge at night. If you could see through the earth it might look like this. The installation will start after dark, weather permitting, and shut off at an appropriate time.

A built “tree” will be “planted” in a public place. “Leaves” will be available for people to write Poems, Earth Messages, Five Word Obituaries (life summations) or other sentiments.
