Step into a world of ghoulish fun where zombies roam\,\nspirits stir\, and surprises await at every turn.\nGuided by our mischievous Master of Ceremonies\, and his sidekick\, the evening builds to the dramatic\nrelease of the Spirit of Monster Month. There will be mist and fog\, mysterious sounds\, music\, light\, dance\,\nand dramedy\, all there to distract you before the scarifying finale.\nOf course\, dress for the occasion. It’s a sort of funereal celebration of monstrous proportions. Be spooky\, silly\,\nor spectacular\, whatever the ‘Spirit’ moves you to wear.\nBonus! Meet Tim Murton\, creator of the Twilight Zoo.  Yes\, he is responsible for the creatures perched\naround the town. He has a lot to answer for!\n– Our Photo Booth is ready for your best side. Warning\, monsters love to photo-bomb!\n– Our booth will offer free tattoos for kids (nothing permanent)\, merch\, and Monster Month event info.\n– Take a walkabout to meet the GreenSpace monsters in person.  You can even name them. Think of them as cuddly pets! (or not)\n– Oooh\, there’s a Trivia Night at the Elora Legion!\n– Check out the shops\,  restaurants\, and bars for special Monster Month treats.  Cocktails and even\n– Mocktails make Monsters seem more friendly\, for a while anyway…..\n– The Gorge Cinema has appropriately scary films on.\nThen explore the town for even more monster-inspired magic. DESCRIPTION:Sensational Elora Presents Monster March and Wicked Wagons:\nThis non-motorized free event is a great opportunity for the whole family to get in disguise (including pets). \nWe encourage all parade participants\, individuals and groups\, to wear your best halloween costume.\n \nYou can also participate in our WICKED WAGONS CONTEST;  decorate a parade float from your wagon or stroller with your best spooky ideas to win! \nPlease keep it family friendly as we invite all ages to walk with us or watch from the sidelines!\n \nThe parade is followed by a “mini-mash” at Bissell Park with free treats and judging of the Wicked Wagons.\n \nSparrows Nest volunteers will be collecting donations to the Centre Wellington Foodbank along the parade route. \nWe ask that parade participants and viewers please bring donations to help Sensational Elora combat  food insecurity in our community. \nMarshalling begins at 6:00 p.m. at Macdonald Square\, parade starts at 6:30. \nSensational Elora thanks our generous sponsors:
